At Dottie's Crystal Palace, every subscription box is packed with care and shipped on a reliable monthly schedule.

Shipping Details

✦We ship monthly — boxes go out on the 15th of each month (or the next business day).
✦All boxes ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on size and destination.
✦Domestic US shipping only at this time.
✦Tracking numbers are emailed within 24 hours of shipment.
✦Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we cannot redirect packages after they ship.
